Dyna.Ai and OFFTEC Partner to Bring Production-Grade Agentic AI to Banks and Enterprises

AMMAN, Jordan, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Dyna.Ai, a global AI-as-a-Service provider headquartered in Singapore, and OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG), a business technology solutions company with over a century of operations, today signed a partnership agreement to extend agentic AI to OFFTEC’s client base of banks, financial institutions, payment providers, and enterprises.

The agreement establishes a framework for Dyna.Ai and OFFTEC to identify joint opportunities and deliver AI solutions tailored to the requirements of OFFTEC’s clients. Through the alliance, Dyna.Ai’s agentic AI platform – including voice and text-based agents and AI Employee solutions – will be made available to OFFTEC’s client base across banking technologies, payment systems, and IT infrastructure. Unlike generic AI offerings, the platform is built with Arabic localization at its core, featuring native voice and text-to-speech capabilities that enable organizations to serve Arabic speakers seamlessly. For OFFTEC’s clients, this creates a path to adopting AI grounded in their existing technology and infrastructure, without needing to start from scratch.

“The real challenge in enterprise AI isn’t the technology – it’s deploying it in environments where trust, security and reliability matter,” explained Carlton Liew, Chief Business Officer and Co-Founder of Dyna.Ai. “Most vendors sell AI tools. We deliver AI that speaks the customer’s language, understands context, and is built for the realities of production. OFFTEC has spent over a century earning that trust among the region’s financial institutions. This partnership pairs those deep-rooted relationships with agentic AI built for production, so banks can capture real value from AI, with governance and human oversight in place from day one.”

Abdelrahman Al-Zoubi, Division Manager – IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation at OFFTEC, added, “For over a century, OFFTEC has been the technology partner of choice for the region’s leading banks and corporations. As AI matures, our clients are looking for solutions that fit within the systems they already rely on, backed by a partner they know and trust. Our partnership with Dyna.Ai allows us to offer them production-grade agentic AI, with the same standard of reliability and service they have come to expect from OFFTEC.”

The partnership addresses a gap Dyna.Ai identified in its AI in Banking: From Pilots to Revenue report, produced earlier this year alongside GXS Partners and Smartkarma. While AI spending across banking, financial services and insurance is projected to surge more than tenfold, from USD 35 billion in 2023 to USD 368 billion by 2032, most banks remain stuck in the pilot phase. Success, the report argues, will be determined not by who runs the most pilots, but by who moves fastest to production scale deployment with accountability for measurable outcomes.
