Emirates adds more flights from Dublin to Dubai

Emirates has announced plans to introduce a third daily flight to Dublin starting 26 October 2025, marking a significant expansion of its operations in Ireland ahead of the busy winter travel season. The additional service aims to enhance travel options for passengers flying between Dublin and Dubai, as well as improve onward connectivity to numerous destinations across the airline’s extensive global network. With this development, Emirates will operate three daily flights between Dublin and its hub in Dubai, providing greater flexibility for both leisure and business travellers.

The expanded schedule is expected to meet increasing demand for air travel between Ireland and key cities across Asia and Australasia, particularly Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Bangkok. The move also strengthens Emirates’ position as a leading carrier linking Ireland with major international markets. The additional service will boost Emirates’ cargo capacity to and from Dublin, a key factor in supporting Ireland’s export-driven economy.

Increased frequency will provide Irish businesses with enhanced opportunities to ship goods to the Middle East, Asia, and other markets within the airline’s global network. The cargo uplift is particularly beneficial for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, and agriculture, which rely heavily on reliable and timely logistics solutions. In June 2025, Emirates introduced its newly retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft on the Dublin route, marking a significant investment in its Irish operations.

Enhanced connectivity to Dubai and beyond with new flight

The updated aircraft features a four-class configuration, including the airline’s Premium Economy cabin and the latest Business Class product. The enhanced offering aims to deliver a superior onboard experience for passengers traveling between Ireland and Dubai, with upgraded seating, dining options, and inflight entertainment systems. Emirates has also confirmed that a second retrofitted Boeing 777 will be deployed on the Dublin route from 16 October 2025.

This further upgrade underscores the airline’s commitment to the Irish market, reflecting steady demand and positive customer feedback. The inclusion of the second refurbished aircraft will allow Emirates to maintain a consistent product offering across its increased schedule. The airline’s expansion in Dublin aligns with its broader strategy to strengthen connectivity between Europe and its network across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With its hub in Dubai serving as a key transit point, Emirates continues to play a vital role in facilitating global trade and tourism.

The additional daily service is expected to contribute positively to Ireland’s tourism sector, offering greater choice for inbound visitors from a range of international markets. Emirates currently operates flights to over 140 destinations worldwide and maintains a significant presence in Europe. Its commitment to the Irish market reflects both strong passenger demand and the airline’s confidence in the long-term growth potential of its services to and from Dublin. – By EuroWire News Desk.
